What is the CIOC?
The Central Illinois Orthopaedic Center (CIOC) houses the private practices of area orthopaedic surgeons.

 The Central Illinois Orthopaedic Center is located in the newly constructed 304 West Hay Medical Center. The building is connected both to Decatur Memorial Hospital and to the 302 West Hay Medical Center.
