Rehabilitation Services

The DMH Rehabilitation team includes multiple levels of care and diversity of services to assist you through your hospital stay, at-home rehabilitation or outpatient rehabilitation care.

Our dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, athletic trainers, physiatrists and psychologists will coordinate your care and support your through your therapy experience.

Our services provide intervention options for a range of conditions from the complexity of the effects of stroke and other neurological disorders to more common issues related to acute and chronic pain and sports injuries.
